I traveled the US competing for 6 + years. I attended college on a dance scholarship dancing for the Basketball team half time shows then moving on to Professional Ballroom Dance after. I have always been part of some type of sport since junior high and high school. I enjoy working with the Kids program to help encourage them to stay active while teaching proper movements and form. CrossFit has been a big part of my life for almost 6 years now and I am humbled to be part of this amazing coaching team at Sweat Factory Rockledge.
Seventy pounds later and much happier inside and out, I am hoping to help inspire others with their fitness and nutrition journey.
